Standard Notarization Fees

General Notarization

$2 per signature, per person

For everyday documents such as affidavits, authorizations, or identity verifications.

Real Estate Closings

$2 per signature, per person

Notarization for closing documents including purchase agreements, deeds, and disclosures.

Loan Signing Package (10+ signatures)

$20 flat fee

Full signing services for mortgage loans, refinances, or HELOCs. Includes document review and notarization.

Witness Provided (if needed)

$10 per witness

Additional witness provided when your documents require one and you don’t have one present.

Additional Service Fees

Travel beyond 50 miles may incur additional fees—quoted upon request. All fees will be confirmed prior to service. Valid ID is required for all signers. Last-minute appointments apply only during standard business hours.

Travel Fee (up to 50 miles)

Mobile service—have a notary come to your location for added convenience.

Last-Minute Appointment

For appointments requested within 2 hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 10 AM–6 PM).

After-Hours Service

For services provided Monday–Friday between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

Printing/Document Prep

$10 per 15 pages

For printing and preparing documents in advance of your appointment.

(In accordance with Georgia state law – max $2 per signature, per person)
