🏠 Occupied Properties

$100/per visit

Ideal for:
Landlords or homeowners with tenants who need in-person coordination for maintenance, repairs, or vendor visits.

Includes:

Scheduling and coordinating the vendor or technician
Communicating with tenants to arrange access
On-site presence during service (as needed)
Verifying service completion and quality
Follow-up report with photos and notes

🏡 Non-Occupied Properties

$150/per visit

Ideal for:
Absentee or out-of-state owners who need dependable, local oversight for maintenance, deliveries, or inspections when no one is on-site.

Includes:

Scheduling and supervising vendors or service providers
Two property visits per service (initial + completion verification)
Inspection with photo/video documentation
Optional mail retrieval or small task coordination
Detailed service report with photos and updates
